The Deer & the White Cat

We didn't see many cats in Japan but on Miyajima, a white cat came out of a house, crossed the road and walked down the steps to the beach. A deer followed the cat so I followed the deer. I had a packet of deer food in my pocket so I decided to take the deer for a walk along the beach. So, with the deer in tow, I had a lovely walk right along the beach. With encouragement and a piece of food every 50m or so, the deer willingly followed me.
